The ASPIRE Helpline is a confidential phone and text support service for youth and adults experiencing emotional challenges, isolation, life difficulties or moments of crisis.
It provides non-judgmental emotional support, active listening, safety planning, de-escalation support and referrals to appropriate services.

Our peer supporters provide culturally responsive and spiritually grounded assistance. They approach every conversation with respect for your individual circumstances and lived experiences.
We welcome peer-support listeners who provide anonymous, confidential support by phone and text. Volunteers complete specialized training, keep a consistent schedule and offer compassionate support.
If you are a good listener with empathy and a calm, non-judgmental approach, you can be the voice someone needs. A background screening applies.
